Here we are to the second Friday report.
The goal I set:
This week my biggest goal is to have our new Account Manager writes her first proposal. This is an important step in handing over the sales process.
Secondarily, I plan to push forward my work on our Audit tool. This is nice R&D work and I do not have yet a definite goal for this.
Did I accomplish that?
Yes for the main goal. It was a great feeling! Now I look forward to handing over the whole sales process. By doing that I think we will improve it quite a bit.
For the second goal, not so much. This week I had way less time to work on that 🙁
