As in the previous week, I should get this one over the line. My goal is to progress toward having our 3 examples of transpilers online.

We moved a little bit forward, but it is difficult to play this role as coordinator as I need to wait for others to have the time to work on something and I cannot just do it myself.This is my reality now, and I am still adapting to it.

This week I should resiste all distractions (as tempting as they are!) and focus on getting the examples of our selected transpiler online.

We asked for them and I now have tens of emails about this to check. It also helped starting conversations. In the end we got a few applications but started working on a simple, hand-crafted example.

The goal this week is to identify examples of realistic applications that we can transpile. We are interested in RPG and Teradata applications.

I think we did good progress on this. We defined who should fill the dashboard (and it is not me!) We also identified most of the priorities for the team. I wish we can protect this sense of clarity and direction!

After our company retreat I got a sense of clarity and I would like to preserve it. This week I will work on getting the dashboard in place and to define the focus activities for every person.

The Company Retreat was amazing. I think it helped us thinking about the big picture and build enthusiasm.Now we need to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver.
