This week we held our Company Retreat. My goal for the week is to refine our common vision for the coming year, ensure we share it and we are enthusiastic in pursuing it.

Not the best week.I did some progress on the model-repo on a technical level, and I presented the idea to the other members of the commitee. However I then dispersed energies in other directions.Also, not enough progress with the R task.

This week I should work on the model repo, so that at the end of the week I can say a few words about it during the committee.

This week I am traveling. I will reflect mostly on the LIonWeb initiative.The other goal is thinking on our differentiation strategy for transpilers, taking advantage of being in a different environment.

We are falling behind on Project R. I should have better communicated the urgency of that. For the Sales Offer instead I wrapped up the draft. I would say a decent week, but I should start focusing on more valuable activities.

It was a good week. I completed the first of the two presentation and I put project R in motion. All in all it was good even if I had to spend some time on another project for the event in Munich.

This week we should get Project R kick started, getting the first applications in. I should also complete a first draft of the presentation on our Sales Offer. (This week we have 1 day less, as Monday was an holiday)

This week I need to put on hold that internal project (JLM) and not working on other one I sort-of-worked on (AV). I need instead to kick-off project R and start working on one of the presentation for the Company Retreat. This week I want to do progress on the internal product I am working on, with some limited progress on R&D which is related. I want also to get the R project started by talking with M.
