I did a ton of progress on that internal project, despite a few distractions. Good!

Shorter week because of Easter Monday, but I plan to do significant progress on one internal project that is close to the top of the list.

Victory!And I also did a good amount of work on one of these internal projects.

My main goal for this week is to define a list of internal projects we want to focus on.

Both goals accomplished! Hurray!

This week, my goal is to complete the first release of our library supporting a certain R&D project. This will be useful to prepare a presentation. Secondarily I would like to complete the survey, reaching the 100 respondants.

Did I accomplish my goals? Yes, both accomplished. Great stuff!

Following the same line as last week, this week my main goal is to free time by reducing the frequency of our 1-to-1 meetings and by pausing our weekly meetups. This would save half a day per week. Did I accomplish my goals? Yes, we defined a plan to handover my role in sales. For the market research we got 82 answers so far (we were aiming to 50). A good week!

My goal this week is to define a plan to hand-over the responsibility for sales and project management. For sales, it would make sense to define clearer policies, explaining and documenting my decision process each time the AM asks for clarifications. Secondarily I plan to continue the market research I started, reaching 50 respondants.
